Tremble by Jus Accardo

Sorry it took me another two weeks for this book instead of one week. I just finished reading Tremble by Jus Accardo. In this book, Dez has been looking for Kale after he got taken, again, by Denazen. What she didn't expect was to find him at a party she went to, in plain sight, with none other than Keirnan... and they're all over each other. Denazen has twisted Kale's memories, so now he thinks Dez is Keirnan, and Keirnan is going by the name Roz. They have given him a new version of the supremacy drug, and now he no longer has to worry about touching people and killing them, he can control it. But Denazen is controlling him. Dez has to find a way to get his memories back, while fighting the side effects of the supremacy drug. The underground has also found a lead on a cure, but should she choose finding the cure or Kale for her first priority. Even if Kale regains his memory, will he truly ever be the same? I LOVED THIS BOOK! I honestly thought that this was the last book in the Denazen series. When I got to the end I was like "this can't be it." I thought it left with one heck of a cliffhanger. But I am happy to announce that there will be other books. I believe there will be two more books in this series. You don't see Kale as a regular character in this book until the middle somewhere. This is the first time you really see how Dez acts by herself. In the other books you have her with Kale through both of the books. In this one you see the side of her without Kale. Shes the same character, but you feel a separation that breaks your heart. Just like in the second book, you are introduced to many more characters, but they also don't show as much of characters that were in the second book. You only see Jade for a handful of times. This book has loads of action, and keeps your eyes glued to the pages. If you've read the other books, don't miss this one, and if you haven't read the others, you better start reading them this very instant! Happy Readings!

Toxic by Jus Accardo

I finished it! It's been a crazy week, but I did it. In this book you are introduced to more characters. Instead of it mainly focusing on Kale and Dez, you have all the characters introduced that make you feel all these different emotions. In this book Dez is hiding a secret from Kale that is life threatening. She doesn't want him to get hurt. Dez has also lost her ability to touch kale, her price for healing him. And now Jade is introduced to help him control his ability so he can touch Dez (and everyone else) freely. But this brings a lot of drama, because he can touch Jade. I loved this book, but I found myself really hating some of the characters, it wasn't as much the character I hated, but their actions. I felt like everyone was taking the wrong coarse of action at times, and sometimes I found myself really wanting to slap some sense into Dez for keeping secrets, but even though all this with the characters is happening, I feel myself being drawn into the book. I can't get enough. The storyline works, and even though sometimes the characters get annoying, it just takes the storyline to where it needs to be. You'll love this book, I did. I can wait to read the third, and final, book in this trilogy. #keepreading

Another Week

This past week has been hectic. Toxic by Jus Accardo is going to be the first book to take me two weeks to finish. It has nothing to do with the content of the book. The book itself is amazing. I've been doing crazy hours with work and school, but I have a deadline. I have till Friday to finish it. I'm not gonna let myself miss that deadline! Peace out! And Read on!
